Can't beat the quality for the price....

I've been using this for almost 4 months now and haven't had a single issue with it. Took a little doing to get it set up level but once there it's been great.

Ultra quiet, not very efficient

runs very quiet which is great, but might be the reason why it doesn't cool very much, the temp on my laptop did drop by 4-5 degrees but not enough to have a cool laptop, especially if yours runs hot (meaning 70C and higher - it will take you down to mid 60's which is still quite warm)
It's ultra lightweight and practical if you need something portable.
note: it seems identical to the "Frisby FNC-25P" and very comparably priced, but I liked the Frisby model more (which seems to give a bit more cooling although the specs are identical)

Works well, but mostly the seller was awesome

Cheap product, great value. Works well to cool laptop, and I don't even plug the USB fan into the laptop's, and just use the added height to cool the laptop. I imagine other like products would do equally well.
Mostly, though, the seller was awesome. I bought two, and one was completely damaged. From my first communication to the seller, the seller was extremely proactive in communicating back to me, and ultimately resolved the issue by refunding the charge.
In sort, decent product, awesome seller!
